Returns
We want you and your dog to be happy with PawMelle. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, products should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. If a product has been opened, please get in touch — we will always try to find a fair solution.
Refunds
Once we receive your return or review your request, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where possible, include your order number and a photo of the item so we can sort it out quickly.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund for any damaged or incorrect items at no extra cost to you.
